AI-powered informational tools are increasingly being evaluated for their potential to support consumer understanding of skin concerns. In a randomized survey study published in JAMA Dermatology, participants reviewed deidentified dermatology cases with images and structured medical histories, with some receiving AI-generated condition information intended to help them interpret the cases.
