Nutritional Pearls: More Evidence That Fried Foods Are Bad for Your Heart

    Your patient is a 59-year-old man whose diet includes regular consumption of fried foods. He says he often does not have time to cook at home, and so will get dinner at various fast food restaurants. He knows that he should probably cut back, and asks how many times per week it is okay to eat these meals.
