Julie Khlevner, MD, from Columbia University Medical Center, discusses the current management of upper gut motility disorders in children, the potential for delay in diagnosis, differences between managing children and adults with gastrointestinal tract motility disorders, and when a pediatric gastroenterologist should refer a patient to a motility specialist.
